Terms

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible and only after payment is received. The delivery time for orders shipped within The United Kingdom is generally 2 - 3 working days, for EEC destinations 3-5 working days and destinations outside the EEC 7-10 working days.. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of special order items.

Jeppesen VFR and IFR flight guides and Terminal Charts are only supplied to order to ensure they are current at the time of delivery. Because of this we are not able to accept returns of these items under any circumstances. Lead time for Jeppesen VFR & IFR manuals is roughly 10 working days.

In the event that an item is missing from your order or damaged in transit you must notify us by e-mail or in writing within 5 days of receipt of the parcel. In the event of damage you should retain the packaging. If the parcel is obviously damaged then you should not accept delivery.

 

Prices shown on this site apply to orders placed via this site and may vary from prices in our retail outlets.

Vouchers may only be used for the product specified on the voucher. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

We do not ship outside Europe unless payment has been received in full by bank transfer - details will be supplied on request.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. We reserve the right to require such proof of identity as we deem necessary prior to filling an order. A contract will exist only at the moment we despatch the goods. We may refuse to accept an order if we do not receive credit card authorisation or items are no longer available or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of order. All orders are final.

We do not accept returns except in exceptional circumstances and then at our discretion. We will replace faulty software, CDs, videos etc. CDs, videos DVDs etc cannot be exchanged or returned. On other items refunds may be given at our sole discretion providing the goods are in original saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded. Returns will only be accepted after we have given prior authorisation. Returns must be sent postage paid. We will not accept items where this is not the case.

 In no event shall the company, it's officers or employees be liable for any damages arising out of the use of products purchased via this site.
